Shipping your package
Thanks to partnership agreements with our suppliers, it is possible to deliver directly to the customer. In case of absence, a notice of passage will be filed or a telephone call will allow to define another appointment. The second passage is free.
Packages are usually shipped within 3-5 days of receipt of payment. They are shipped via UPS delivered by hand.
We also have the possibility to deliver to you ourselves from 36 bottles everywhere in France. It will take a little longer (7-14 days) We will contact you to prepare the reception and determine the deadlines.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. Preparation charges are free, while freight charges vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend that you consolidate all of your items into one order to avoid additional shipping costs.

Customs fees.
Any customs fees and taxes applicable on the wine for any delivery outside the European Union are not included and remain your responsibility. They are generally payable directly to the carrier upon arrival of your order at your place of delivery. Please refer to the customs regulations of your country of delivery.
Also, a supplement will be applied if you live in a remote area. (islands, hard-to-reach areas, mountainous areas, etc.).
Checking the delivery.
Any anomaly concerning the goods delivered should be immediately notified to the carrier, and the comments should be noted on the delivery slip. It is therefore strongly recommended to check the goods immediately upon receipt.
Delivery time.
The delay, once your package has been delivered to the carrier is between 2 and 3 working days in France. Additional time is required for orders abroad.
You will receive an email so that you can follow the progress of your order via the UPS tracker.
If you are not present during the delivery, your package will be dropped off at the nearest relay point. If you do not receive your package on time, it will be returned to us and you will be charged round trip shipping costs depending on the point of your package.
Finally, in order to avoid too long storage of your bottles on weekends in the structures of the transporter (probably conditioned at different temperatures), we prefer a Monday shipment for orders placed from Thursday evening to Sunday.
